Urban planning
After the approval of the plans in terms of functionality, the competent Town (or Urban Office) shall be submitted with the complete dossier for the issue of the Construction Licence (including approved functionality plans). For existing buildings, which have a legitimate building licence, the same procedure shall be followed, but a new building licence shall be issued by the competent Office for Urban Planning in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of the GOK No. 1577/1985, as amended and valid.
