Description

The procedure concerns the issuance of a certificate certifying whether the heirs (natural or legal persons) have waived the inheritance or accepted an inventory for the benefit of the heirs.

For the issuance of the certificate of waiver or non-waiver of inheritance, the competent courts are the local Courts of First Instance where the deceased was domiciled at the time of his/her death and if he/she had no domicile, his/her residence and if he/she had no residence either, the single-member Court of First Instance of the capital of the state, for deaths with dates up to 28-02-2013.
