Description

Street food market vendor licences are granted to natural and legal persons who:

a) are undertakings preparing or serving food and drink at movable or temporary premises; and

b) operate mobile canteens, excluding portable roasting/baking facilities; for activities at street food markets. Such licences are valid for between one month and 3 years with a right to renew. Licences are granted by municipalities nationwide following a call for tenders. Licence holders must renew their stand for the same period of time, provided they accept the financial price the municipality proposes to them.

Otherwise, the stand will be re-advertised; the aforementioned price offered will be used as the starting price in a highest bidder tender procedure.
