            • 3 Citizenship A water aerodrome establishment licence shall be granted to legal persons governed by private law having their registered offices either in Greece or in the territory of a Member State of the EU or of the EEA, provided more than 50% of their assets, capital and effective control belong to natural or legal persons with nationality and residence or registered offices in a Member State of the EU or the European Economic Area.
